Today is the first official day of Fall.  With the beginning of Fall, it signals that football season is getting started, baseball season is wrapping up, and hockey season is right around the corner.  With the beginning of Fall, change occurs.  The changes are visible all around us.  It also signals the beginning of the end.  The beginning of the end of the year is upon us.  Fourth quarter.  The charge to year end.

FallFor many organizations, this is the time that may be the busiest season for them.  The holidays are approaching and the marketing engines are revving up to make sure that they can move as many products as possible.  The fourth quarter is also the time of the year that many organizations are planning and starting the last major initiatives for the year. Or, they may be starting to plan budgets and initiatives for 2016.

Whether your organization is busy moving products, starting and finishing major initiatives, or planning for 2016, it is important that you take stock of your current B2B and eCommerce environment and the strategy that you have in place now, and for 2016 and beyond, is able to support your current requirements and any future growth and initiatives that you are planning.  This is the perfect time of the year to account for change.  Are you completely modernized within your B2B and eCommerce environment?  Are you leaving valuable dollars on the table and wasting crucial man hours because your B2B and eCommerce environment is not fully automated?  Take the time to evaluate your current B2B and eCommerce environment and what needs to be done to change your current strategy and processes to modernize and automate your environment.  After all, it is Fall, the season of change.
